Many clients may receive funding for non-medical care services through the PA Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Disability Waiver Program, the US Department of Veterans Affairs, and a variety of long-term care insurance plans. Non-medical care is also available through our private pay option.
Private Pay
We will provide you with our AMD Home Care program where you’ll receive white glove home and concierge services with competitive private pay rates for families seeking in-home care. The rates per hour may vary based on the number of hours of care needed, the location of the patient, and the level of care.
Veterans Affairs
We work with the Veterans Affairs and various organizations that provide the resources for veterans and their spouses to acquire home care services. We specialize in programs that offer interest-free financing and expedited application processing to make certain that our veterans have the option to age at home.
Long-Term Care Insurance Plans
We partner with numerous long-term care insurance companies that cover nursing and non-medical care services. Our office can provide you with copies of licenses, insurance policies, and other information typically requested by long-term care insurance companies to acquire a reimbursement.
Pennsylvania Home and Community Based State/Federal Programs
Our Home and Community-Based Services are paid for by the government. These programs are also referred to as “Waiver Programs,” which means that the federal government “waives” the medical assistance rules for institutional care for the state to provide support in the community for services that wouldn’t typically be covered by the traditional Medicaid benefit. The qualification to participate in any waiver program will depend on your income level, primary and secondary diagnoses, and health assessments.
